SAFIRA

MISSION:

Introduce jewelry brand Safira to the Norwegian market. Safira was initially only available in Sweden. They wanted to create brand awareness in Norway and reach a young and urban target group (primarily 18-35). The solution was to use influencer marketing, teaming up with Lene Orvik and doing a design collaboration. 

SOLUTION:

Long-term collaboration with Lene Orvik to create brand awareness within her audience. Lene regularly shared Safira’s products to let her followers get to know the brand and build credibility, before she launched her own Safira collection. She built excitement for the launch by teasing the products and shared the entire process from A-Z through her own channels. UI facilitated photo shoots, workshops, a launch event as well as the social media strategy. With this strategy, Lene managed to create curiosity and initiated great sales within her target audience. Safira also used Lene’s content to create good synergies in their own channels.

RESULTS:

The traffic from Lene’s platforms to Safira’s website the day after the launch was far beyond Lene’s benchmark. She managed to reach over 5700 clicks directly to Safira’s site on the launch day. Within a short time, parts of the collection were sold out. Lene’s jewelry is still among Safira’s bestsellers, almost a year after launch. The collaboration also resulted in a second collection, which launched in June 2019.
